    As marathons emerge left and right more people are becoming a huge fan of this fitness regimen. After all, who wouldn’t like to run? It is one of the most affordable way to lose weight- expensive gym memberships and heavy equipment like a treadmill are not necessary to get started.

    The first few weeks of running will be very difficult for you.  I’ve seen a few 5 kilometer training programs and it would require you to run 4 miles the most on the first day.For a beginner that’s a bit too much- not to mention it would give the most excruciating body pain in your life if you don’t stretch properly.
